Registration Function
We offer you the option of registration on our page. We offer you the option on our page to contact us via e-mail and/or contact forms. Your submissions from the request form, including the contact data you submitted in order for us to process the request and for the case of further questions will be encrypted before they are transmitted to and stored with us. There will be no transmission to third parties.

Commentary Opportunity
We offer you the opportunity to write comments for the individual posts on our page. On this occasion, the IP address of the commentator will be stored. This storage is conducted for our safety in case of the commentator violating the rights of third parties with his or her comment and/or the publication of illegal contents. Therefore, there is self-interest in the stored data of the commentator on our part, particularly as we can potentially be held accountable for such violations of law. There will be no transmission to third parties. Likewise, there will be no comparison of data that is collected in this process with data that is possibly collected by other components of our page.

Use of Google Analytics with Anonymization

Use of Google Maps
This website uses the component “Google Maps” to display maps. This service is supplied by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, “Google” in the following. Use of the Web Analysis Service PIWIK
On our page, we use the web analysis service PIWIK. PIWIK uses cookies for this analysis. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and allow an analysis of your use of the website.

Use and Transmission of Personal Data

Any use of your personal data will only be conducted for the mentioned purposes and the extent necessary to achieve these purposes.

Cooperation with External Service Providers
We commission other companies and individuals with the fulfilment of tasks for us. Examples are, among others, the delivery of parcels, shipment of letters or e-mails, maintenance of our customer lists, analysis of our databases, advertising matters (including the provisioning of search results and links), execution of transactions (credit card, direct debit or purchase on account) as well as customer service. Bosch + Sohn GmbH & Co. KG uses technological and organisational security measures in accordance with the current state of knowledge to protect the data you provided us with from random or deliberate manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorised individuals. Therefore, your data will be stored in a secure operating environment that is not accessible to the public. Our security measures will be reviewed periodically and constantly improved pursuant to the technological development. Protection of Your Data with TLS / SSL
For the safe transmission of data on the internet, we use the hybrid encryption protocol Transport Layer Security (TLS), more commonly known under the name of its predecessor Secure Sockets Layer Software (SSL). This software encrypts the information that is submitted by you. All information that is relevant to privacy protection (e.g. name, address, credit card number, BIC, bank account number …) will be stored in an encrypted form in a protected database.
